Our Calperum Station visit offers an opportunity to experience ecosystems that have existed for millennia. Guided by Calperum Station ecologists and indigenous rangers, you will visit Lake Woolpolool, Lake Merreti and the surrounding area where an abundance of fauna and bird species (some threatened) can be observed and studied. A special place which holds significant natural and historical values, you will learn about the landscape and how it has changed from the perspective of ecologists and indigenous rangers as you make your way along the creeks and inlets with the Calperum team.

Enjoy a true homemade local Salt Bush Damper with Quondong Jam for morning tea, and later relax by Ral Ral Creek for lunch and drinks.
